From the office staff to the Shop Manager Kevin customer service is stellar. My Chevy Equinox was hit while parked and I thoght for sure it would never look the same oh how wrong I was my Chevy looks like new again can't even tell there was any damage done to it. I was able to bring my car in - no appointment needed - for a free estimate to repair a deep scuff on the bumper of my MINI Cooper S which needed a buff and touch-up paint. “They are thr best..100 percent helpful, knowledgeable, dont waste you time going anywhere else..they sell you good reliable stuff that you don't have to go back and replace like some of the nonsense that you buy at some of these other places..I know the town uses them for all there vehicles even the emergency vehicle so you know they make good products. They replaced my bumper and passenger headlight and made the whole process so much less stressful. “When I had a car accident, it was a very stressful situation. Billy made the entire process much easier and took a lot of that stress off my shoulders. He worked directly with the insurance company and coordinated everything.
He also kept me informed the entire time, and the car was completed exactly when he said it would be. The paint job was fantastic — it matched perfectly and looked brand new! The paint held up beautifully never fading or chipping. You could never notice the car was involved in an accident.
Most importantly, my car runs perfectly! The workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend them 100%.”

“I live in Stamford and got into a potentially fatal car crash on I-95 between Exit 17 and 16 Southbound where someone hit my 1 yr old Camry which was in perfect condition with almost no mileage. The tow truck that came was from Magg's in Norwalk. The next day I read a review where a women said this is the best place your car could ever be taken to and it could not be more true. From the moment I first spoke with Chris, the Manager, about my totaled vehicle, I was treated with kindness, care and compassion. He also educated me in so many areas of insurance (which he is very knowledgeable of) and gave me pointers on how to handle certain things. He knew the appraiser from my insurance company, and when I spoke to that appraiser after he saw my car, the things Chris had said to him based on what I had told him allowed the appraiser to give my car the highest rating. Chris was easy to work with, patient and thorough. His staff, especially Ricky, helped me so much on the day I came to get the ton of belongings out of my car. He backed up my rental car as close as they could get to my car because I was nervous about hitting something. One of my license plates was bent and he fixed it for me so that it looked almost like new. He was right there when I had questions and always had a warm smile on his face. I offered him some money for his help and he wouldn't take it - that's class. I told Chris how great they all were before I left. It was a top rate experience.”

Juan provided truly outstanding service when I needed a car battery replacement. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the differences between the standard liquid acid batteries and the high-end gel batteries, specifically highlighting why the gel option would be superior for performance in colder temperatures. He was friendly, helpful, and clearly demonstrated a willingness to ensure I made the best choice for my vehicle. Great job, Juan—highly recommended!”
“This Carquest is still a Carquest, which is nice. This is a professional jobber parts supply store. The staff here is skilled, and they sell good stuff.
The parking is a little tight. Other than that, it is a great place to purchase automotive parts.
I wish this place was closer to my house. My local Carquest was bought out and I no longer go there after 20 plus years of being a regular.
If you're in this area, be thankful you can still "find it at Carquest"...”

“I'm not really sure where to start, but Joel gave me the best car shopping experience of my life! First of all, his product knowledge is impressive. He answered EVERY question I had about the cars and his answers were detailed too. Joel isn't just a car salesman, he is a product expert and put me into a great Subaru Outback.
Secondly, he truly cares about getting you into the car YOU want while staying true to your budget. We walked the lot, looked at many different vehicles, and narrowed down to the one I wanted. Joel's biggest skill here is how good he is at listening to the customer and adjusting towards what they say
