This car wash left Gouges on my decal for ny brand bew 2024 car. The brush heads are like from 1990 with sandpaper. I suggest driving to Mr Sparkle untill this business gets it stuff together. Considering it's the only 1 in town you'd think they'll do better 🤔

Want a good car wash and vacuum place? Go anywhere else but here. One machine ate my money and didn’t let me vacuum, and the other BARELY picked up things in my car.

I didn’t think I’d ever write a bad review about a car wash, but this place is awful. Dirty water, your car will look worse after. They have 3 vacuums. I drove all the way there to vacuum my car. No signs on vacuums stating they don’t work. Put my money in 2 different ones, and there’s no sucking at all. No one around to get my money back. Garbage.

I got ripped off! I used the touchless bay in the Stafford Springs car wash. The card reader looks sketchy and charged and extra 7% so I used cash. The price was $16.00 and it never gave me my change. I called the number and emailed them and have not gotten a response yet. That was 2 weeks ago. Only $4.00 but that is not the point.

Don’t ever use a card (credit or debit) at the manual bays! Ever!!! You will have no control/idea what will be charged to your card. In my case, as per the sign, I was expecting two $5 charges. It ended up being two $20 charges. So $40 to wash my own car with subpar equipment, dirty muddy floors with holes filled with water for you ruin your shoes with the gross water and gunk accumulated in there. It’s just not worth it. Most disappointing self-serve car wash experience ever!!! I guess I’ll start reading reviews even for places where I’ll be doing my own washing. Wish I had left my car dirty or gone to a full service car wash where at least I would have been supporting a local business trying to offer good service. Lesson learned… I don’t usually leave many reviews but in this case, I felt it was my duty to try and warn others.

So pissed I wasted my money here! Barely any soap with self wash and had to drive around to 4 different vacuums. The coins kept sliding through and not activating then one of the hoses didn't have the nozzle on it. Finally got to one and it barely sucked anything up. I live in town and would rather drive to Tollland.
