“What a charming gem of an antique store. Monty was super friendly and we had a good conversation! The building itself is rustic and just has that new England antique vibe. The location is also gorgeous and being able to see the water as you browse made it even better.
He specializes in refurbished furniture so if you need wooden furniture definitely take a look.
So much to look at and definitely worth the stop!”
“Quaker Acres is one of the many fields open during the Brimfield Fair. Parking is available in the back of the field during show weeks, but it fills up early, and I do mean early. They have porta-potties and foot pumped field sinks to wash your hands. The antique vendors are in the front part of the street, of course and I recognize many repeat vendors year after year. Friendly and chatty, I have been able to contact one vendor during non-show period and asked him to bring a piece I had my eye on, which he was kind enough to do. If you are a vendor in this field and have received a minature piece of Hershey chocolate or two, you've been in contact with Twin Ravens. See our postings of the Brimfield Fair on you tube.”
“Super cute gift shop with a mix of local artisan items and other fun and fabulous giftables, plus lots of candy for those with a sweet tooth. They also offer workshops with local makers. Check out upstairs for antique items too. Definitely a great place to shop for a quick gift or treat for yourself. Be sure to check out my wood flowers there as well!”

“This Antique Venue is a person friendly field open to all with wonderful dealers and quality prices and quantity of goods. The beauty of Central Park is the Owner and Staff that keep it the cleanest and most comfortible field in Brimfield. Great parking is also available but remember parking does fill up.”
“If you love antiques, thrifting and generally amazing finds, You HAVE to stroll this field! May, July and September shows!!! Top of the line dealers, friendliest staff, clean restrooms, even for portable!!The food on site is FABULOUS too! Sassys has 3 locations on the Wednesdays that the field opens!”
“Was a porter up here for 10 years or so, now I run a booth for my buddy.. theres certainly something for everyone, just a matter of searching it out. The New England Motel food court and the food vendors across the street all offer varying delicious options. If you've never been, get in the opening day mix bright and early so you don't miss a chance at finding rare items. While all the fields have things to offer, New England Motel does it the best.”
“Came on a Monday as we were traveling through the state in late spring. Give yourself time to look around. They have a bit of everything for everyone. All price points are presented here, depends on what you're looking for, but there are true antiques here as well as vintage.
This shop is much better than the one down the road closer to Palmer which is literally yard sale finds. Staff was very attentive and polite, bathroom on-site as well.”
“Tons of goodies, big variety, especially vintage & antiques! You never know what you might find here. Trouble is it does tend to get extremely crowded, making shopping a lot more difficult & stressful than it should be. If you're someone who has anxiety or little patience, you may want to pass! Otherwise worth a visit. Something for everyone here. Prices do vary. Parking can be tough & costly. You probably want to arrive extra early, so that you don't have a long walk...do expect traffic as well during peak season! Wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing plenty of walking around as you browse & see what they have to offer.”

“I first went into Bittersweet in the mid-1980s to buy gifts for my Mom. I stopped in today for the first time in years and it is still amazing and has grown! I was looking for a gift to take to my host for Thanksgiving...and Barbara was wonderful and helpful! SHOP LOCAL! This is a great shop with great merchandise!”
