This dealership has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. And I buy cars usually ever 3 years. I had trade in of 24 grand Cherokee and was looking for Dodge Durango. After talking with dealer they said then could get me a 25 Dodge Durango black on black. When they called me next day they had found one first was told in was in New York, then I was told it was in Massachusetts, which the dealership is close to Massachusetts line. But after them driving to get there and returning they told me it was in Plymouth Massachusetts, now the car has 160 miles on it., not happy. After seeing it. I took it the day I picked it up driving out I noticed the inside of the car was disgusting dirty, I could not see thru windows, who delivers car in that condition brand new car supposedly. I feel lied to where the car was coming from, I believe I could have got a lot more on my trade of my Cherokee it was 24 13,000 in excellent condition . Then to my vanity plates they couldn't put on because they had to get released from bank, they put on another registration that I payed for until vanity plates were released never heard of that never had to wait nor register it while waiting. Was told by Jeff that money for registration would be refunded to me. Haven't seen it yet. I live 50 minutes away and had to make several trips up there because of there incomplete and reckless dealings. Then I returned to show them that the paint on drivers door was bubbled. Brand new car, haven't it two weeks and they say we can take it and paint it. I was totally disgusted. There was no way they could paint that to match the rest of car. There were going to have corporate call, to this day never have I got call.

First of all your not very professional by commenting without telling who it is so I can respond.
So who ever wrote this let's get it straight I was on my way up with appointment with Zack I called him to cancel due to I had flat tire. He said he would come help me out which he did. I then drove it to the dealership where I payed to have it fixed. And as for the car being clean the day I left with it is bullshit the windows I couldn't see out of they were so dirty. I return the next day to have them cleaned who delivers a brand new car that way. And I being far it takes me 50 minutes to get there , back and forth ridiculous.
No one there saw those windows were disgusting but let me leave with it that way. And as you put it, yes that's the kind of car I wanted, and yes I believe it's your job if you want to sell to find what customer likes.
Trust me not hard at all to find what I wanted there are plenty, in fact there were several I found right here in CT.
And as for the paint, he told me the door would have to be sanded then painted, who paints a brand new car.?
Yes of course I was pissed and sure anyone else would be as well.
And it's going on 2 months still haven't received the money I paid for that registration. If I had knew all that because no other dealer had me do that. And I just bought that 24 that I traded. If I had known I would have waited but you guys were in a rush to make a sale. Disgusting.

Stafford CDJR will now be my go to for any issues or maintenance.. even though its the furthest Dealership of the 3 near me they are worth the drive. Have had bad experiences at the other dealers in massachusetts. They are courteous and fix things in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Had a very good experience with service for my 2016 dodge grand caravan. It needed a transmission, and a few other things. Kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Now I have my van back. I am so happy that they are right here in town. Will be taking my van back there for the excellent service. Amanda was great to work with as well as everyone else.
