The staff at Gary Rome service dept, gives you their undivided attention and treats your car like if it was theirs. The treatment at this dealer is wonderful, not like the other Kia dealer, they could care less about your concerns, they dont answers their phones, and when you stop in to scheadule your appt i get the feeling that theyre bother by you.

I went to recalls and they call me to offer me,change oil for only 89 dollars and my final payment was 122.00 dollars,I said yes because she said only 89.00 dollars,don't go there,I don’t recommend that dealer for service anymore — now even the area from my engine filter makes a bad noise 👎

I got my car back from having recall work done with several scratches in the steering wheel. The service manager insisted that it could not have happened at the dealership. I am the only person who drives the car and I would have noticed the scratches before. As I noticed them right away as my hands moved on the steering wheel.

We stopped in on a Sunday, without an appointment, and were helped immediately by Brian. He was very helpful and knowledgeable - answered all of our questions- and we ended up purchasing our Kia from him! Great experience!
