I'd put zero if I could. This store uses deceptive sales practices especially with senior citizens. My mother was told in front of a witness that two different models would cost her the same price which was not true as she was upcharged 250 dollars on her bill. Salesperson brushed her off and ducked her calls. AT&T corporate backed their employee which means they encourage and approve of a culture of deceptio. The CT State Attorne Genersls office has been contacted. use extreme caution when dealing with this store and parent company.

Went there with a very high bill. Joel was able to fix it, and get me a new iPhone Promax. So refreshing to see new people, who actually are competent and can help. He was never pushy, and came off as a concerned friend. So happy I gave this place another chance.

The 2 employees were wonderful! They listened, gave knowledgeable suggestions and advice. They were professional and friendly. They explained things well. I highly recommend going to this store and working with them! It was worth the hour drive for me!!!!

I was there today with someone else with an issue with her phone. Great customer service very helpful group of guys there. I recommend this location for anyone with a AT&T phone.

I highly recommend this Stafford Springs,Ctstore AT&T…we needed a new phone for my elderly mother…the main sales man(didn’t catch his name) was so very helpful!! I’m glad I choose to go to the Stafford store!This was on Friday August 4th 2023 approximately 3:00pm.

Went in there today for assistance with 2 new phones. It was a simple problem, needed 2 new sim cards. There were 5 people working in the store, 3 were talking with each other, one helping a customer, and the manager couldn't help because he hasn't been trained yet... After waiting 45 minutes, was told he couldn't help us, we needed to go to a corporate store. He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional, I will never go there again.

Go to a Used Car dealer for a better sales experience. The salespeople are fast talkers who are more interested in up selling you and pushing products than helping to meet customer needs.This industry of wireless services along with steaming is now a knife fight.Take the time to slow down and analyze all of the offers before you get pushed into expensive services you don’t need.

I came in a little bit before close on a Friday and let me tell you, Elizabeth and the other associate helped me more than just get a new phone… they helped me find savings on my bill that were missing, super friendly, and really educated me on my bill! Thank you!
