I live in Stafford and joined Flex Appeal toward the end of 2022 for the convenience and familiarity (I was a member many years ago when it was Body By Design). What I found when I joined was the affordability, there is so many services included in the membership! They have great hours that fit my schedule, whether I go early in the morning before work or after work in the evening. The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I have needed their assistance. I don't know Sheri personally, but the gym community, her staff and everyone I know has nothing but good things to say about her as a gym owner, zumba instructor and person in general.

Love love love this gym. Sheri is great and has made a lot of improvements, the extended hours on weekends being the main one for me!! Definitely recommend!

Don't waste your time or money on this place. The new owners are extremely rude. They don't take care of the equipment. I didn't feel comfortable working out with poor equipment. They harass you about your foot wear even though you wear gym sneakers they check to see if they are clean. 20yrs I went here until the new owners took over. Very disappointing.

Great yoga class! I’ve been to 3 classes and the difference in my flexibility has already improved. I’m doing poses that I was unable to do in the first class and feeling less discomfort everyday activities.

Flex Appeal is a great fitness center! The new ownership has really made this a great gym!! It is clean and bright, has amazing & supportive instructors and fun & motivating classes! The equipment is up to date and well maintained. The staff is also very welcoming. Great value for all that you get! Highly recommend!!

It has been many years since I have belonged to a gym that I truly felt a part of. When Flex Appeal first opened up, there were many community members that were expressing online the excitement of an already local small business owner buying the gym that was not managed well previously. This sparked my curiosity and led to me eventually joining Flex Appeal. I have enjoyed the atmosphere of the weight and cardio side, I have incorporated the classes into my schedule a few times a week and feel fortunate to be able to tan here as well. The gym owner and staff are always so welcoming and helpful if ever needed. It is so awesome to be a part of the Flex Appeal community, as well as get to know other community members who are prioritizing their health and wellness too. My husband and I are both grateful to have a local gym that we love so much!

Great gym with a lot of class options. I really enjoy the group classes and my team with their personal trainer. Very friendly staff and a great variety of equipment.

New owner was understanding about me canceling my membership. Over all it’s a good gym. It’s just not convenient for me unfortunately. If you didn’t like stafford fitness and want to try again, I’d recommend it.

This gym has reasonable prices and allows a free guest on Friday-Sunday. This guest policy is very good for friends, couples, and families where one person is more gym oriented.

Great atmosphere to work out in! Even greater atmosphere to be a part of as an employee! The owner, Sheri, is such a strong and motivated asset to this gym! She really cares about this community and has really listened to what everyone would like to see happen at this gym and has/is doing her best to make it happen! The classes are always full and energetic! You won't regret joining this gym
