“I live in Stafford and joined Flex Appeal toward the end of 2022 for the convenience and familiarity (I was a member many years ago when it was Body By Design). What I found when I joined was the affordability, there is so many services included in the membership! They have great hours that fit my schedule, whether I go early in the morning before work or after work in the evening. The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I have needed their assistance. I don't know Sheri personally, but the gym community, her staff and everyone I know has nothing but good things to say about her as a gym owner, zumba instructor and person in general.”
