“Tara who works alone on Saturdays is amazing! It gets swamped and yet she has a system to help everyone out efficiently. She does it all with humor, kindness, and a smile. Engaging everyone to join her in her happiness to provide excellent service, she makes you feel important. We went in this past Saturday very early for our passport appointment for our two children and she welcomed and accommodated us instead of sending us away.
