Carries himself very well .did an excellent job. changing truck tires. from one rims to the others balance them putting tubes in them. They even help me put the tires in the back of the truck. “My husband, my daughter, and myself were coming home from a trip to Boston/Salem and our car overheated multiple times. We were trying to get back home to NJ. The closest place we could get to was Chappell Tire Service. They were booked solid for the day. Despite this, the mechanic took time to look at our vehicle and helped us. They even let us all use their bathroom. If he hadn't looked at our vehicle and fixed it, we would have probably been stuck/or it would have taken much longer to get home. We are very thankful. He did a great job and we were able to get home because of it. I would recommend this business to anyone. Great service, exceptional work!”
