Could have provide Negative rating if possible.
Did not honor Service appointment which was taken an day in advance to replace the battery, upon arrival they have asked me to leave the phone overnight or trade in the phone for iPhone 17.
I would not risk to trust anyone from this store ever to service another apple product.

Had some issues with an IPhone and took it to this store to get fixed. The wait time to see a tech was horribly long, I think close to 40 minutes, and when they finally appeared instead of addressing the problem tried to upsell us by offering something we knew we didn't need. I thought that Apple was beyond bait and switch, but I guess I was wrong. Two stars instead of one because the woman who checked us in was friendly and professional.

The store is clean and the staff is helpful, specifically Monat who was our helper of the day. She answered all our questions and was patient with us (my mom was indecisive a/b 2 particular products). In addition, she gave us great suggestions on what products pair well w/each other whilst giving us examples. Overall, we had a great shopping experience.
Time of visit was around 1 hr after opening

This review is specifically for Star and Lisa! I unexpectedly had to purchase a new phone yesterday, which is already stressful. Not only was Star kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, she made the experience super quick and without issue. She was communicative with her colleagues on the floor and had a great sense of humor. I finished setting up my phone with Lisa who similarly was such a pleasant person and super attentive. Shout out to them both for making what could have been the most stressful experience to a 10/10.

Recently walked in to purchase a new Mac. All employees just stared or walked right past us. No one offered to help or ask if we need help. Many employees walked out of the back room but didn’t bother to acknowledge us. I greeted one employee and all she said was hello and walked away. She didn’t say that she will be right with me or will get someone to help me or that they are busy and it will be a couple minutes. Come on Apple you can do better. She proceeds to walk around and later helped someone who clearly came after me.

Very disappointed. Walked in to buy a new watch strap and a charger today. They was hardly anyone to help us and walked out after 15 mins waiting…..,

I recently went through a very stressful experience when my nearly new iPhone 15 was stolen. Replacing it and activating my cell service wasn’t easy—especially without another phone on hand to complete the transfer. Thankfully, Sheila, the store manager, made the entire process so much more bearable. She treated me with patience, compassion, and clear expertise from start to finish.
Sheila even went above and beyond by calling my provider (AT&T) on my behalf to help expedite the process. While I wasn’t able to get my cellular service activated that day due to a provider issue (not Apple’s fault), Sheila successfully helped me get a new phone and restored all of my data from iCloud. This made it incredibly easy to visit my provider afterwards and activate my line without stress.
I now have the iPhone 16 and I love it! The team also explained my new AppleCare+ coverage thoroughly, which gave me peace of mind moving forward. I feel so much more protected now in case anything were to happen again.
Huge thanks to Sheila for her dedication and support during such an emotional time. I also want to thank Matt and Dave, who both assisted with knowledge and care—Dave even sold me my original iPhone 15 and was fantastic back then too.
I’ll always choose the Apple Store over my provider for new devices moving forward. The service here is simply unmatched.
