Super shady. Went to buy a phone and they rushed the whole process, also did not explain any information about payment plans to me. Then tried to force me into an upgrade plan and phone insurance which I did not want. They said if I bought the phone, it automatically comes with the insurance and upgrade plan. I left the store because I did not want to deal with that, and then I noticed they had already began the SIM card transfer, when I did not give the permission to do. This caused my phone to have no service and hours of calling AT&T support.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I would recommend doing all business at the Ridgeway AT&T location. In September, my wife went to switch her phone plan. At the time, they offered her a promotion to receive a free Apple Watch. She accepted. We noticed our bill was showing a charge for the watch. She went into the store and they confirmed the promotion was valid, and we had to call First Net to try and resolve it. First Net said there was no valid promotion. We called the store location again and the manager said the employee that sold us the fake promotion was no longer with the store so there was nothing she could do. Basically telling us we are just out of luck and the $500 charge was now our problem. Again, this is despite her Candy Crush playing assistant manager affirming the promotion the day before. Luckily, we contacted that Ridgeway location and they helped us out without a problem. I rarely write negative reviews but felt this deserved one given the massive management quality between locations.

Store reps put you on-hold right away and never answer back. I called multiple times and waited more than 15 mins without success.

The service was more or less average. The manager I think Elizabeth was very helpful when I stopped by. And there was this one bearded man that was also helpful. However, the rest of the experience was subpar, as the help was slow and it felt like I was there forever. I left happy that I got what I wanted, but really upset with the wait and experience with the other employees apart from Liz and the one bearded employee.

I worked with this store when I switched from Verizon to AT&T last year and the service for moving over my family was good. A few months later, I noticed that one of the promotions was never applied to my bill. After being told many times it would be taken care of by the store manager, I was very disappointed when nothing was ever done to resolve the matter.
I recently went into the store and met the new manager, Juan Olivarez. After a short conversation explaining the issue, he assured me he’d look into it and work to get it resolved. After waiting months, he had the credit applied within a week and text me directly to confirm it was done. It’s so refreshing to do business with someone at a big company who actually does what they say they’re going to do. I will continue doing business with this store, especially so long as Juan is these!
