This is my second time going, and my second time having a problem, therefore my last. The first time I went, they wouldn't honor the price on the gift card so I was forced to pay the difference... Even though in the state of Connecticut that does not expire, by law....Then, today, not only was it a very short experience, there was also a massage for every single other person in there but me and my daughter. And it seemed like we were the only ones paying with a gift certificate even though it was paid for with cash at some point.... But that didn't matter because it was not cash today, right? My mom comes here weekly and I've already had a discussion with her on it. I'll be taking her to the place that I normally go to when the weather warms up so she'll be coming there for a proper experience. If I to get my money back the manicure that I bought for my mom, I would, because this is not the experience it should be... Especially for that amount of money. No wonder the reviews are low... It's a shame because when it was Coco nail, it was the best place to go in Stamford. Definitely not the case now... Now, they're taking all sorts of shortcuts and it's clear...

Absolutely the worst mani/pedi experience. Toe nails cut to point of pain. Cuticles on hand severely bruised one requires bandaid. Every nail completely different length and shape. Technician very sullen and unskilled. Manager cold and rude. I hoped for a feel good experience and left frustrated I paid for such terrible treatment. I WILL NEVER RETURN.Services: Pedicure

i had a great experience. my nail artist was super attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. i was given a free massage during my manicure, i don't usually recieve those when i go there but i appreciated it. great job with the nails and beautiful inside. little pricey..

My entire service (pedicure and UV gel fill in) felt very rushed. I wanted a designed on my ring finger and ended up with a comical parody of what I wanted. Additionally, every time I tried to clarify what I wanted I was made to feel like an inconvenience. My cuticles were not tended to AT ALL, no push back, no trim. I ended with nails that were a color I did not really want, a design I do not really like and I still have rough cuticles. Very disappointed and will probably not be returning.After 8 days, nails that were supposed to last 3 weeks cracked and chipped. The nail salon I went to after to get them re-done was horrified at the application. WILL NEVER GO BACK.Services: Nail art

The service was good but was overshadowed by one woman's poor attitude when trying to TIP. She took my card charged it 128$ and when I asked if she could add a tip on she got upset we didn't have cash on us. IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MORE MONEY how that results in an attitude is beyond me. I asked for my card back when i was still receiving my pedicure and she told me get it from the front with an aweful attitude. AFTER A PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE. I found that completely disrespectful. Then they recharged my card another 168$ to add the tip and now it's 2 days since my service was provided and still no refund for the 128$ very disappointed first time customer.

It was my first time getting UV done at Beau Nails and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and everything was extremely clean and I watched them clean too. I highly recommend this place.

I think I finally found my Stamford nail salon! Really nice pedicure, no “ouch” moments that happen too often. Had “spa pedicure” for $55, which was expensive compared to state I moved here from, but not unexpected as everything is more expensive in Fairfield Cty! Best part is they offer back massages, which I had for 15min while pedicure was drying—was fantastic! What a great idea, have not seen that elsewhere. Lots of cleaning being done while I was there for those who had downtime, and they called out a goodbye by name though it was my first visit. I was very pleasantly surprised! Have been going here for years, hands down best nail salon in the area :) Everyone is wonderful but Christine and Agnes are the best!
