Been going since the place opened. I work right by it and it's on my way home. I have had this happen a few times before but again I was waiting in line. Was next and someone walking by just drops their stuff on the counter and the guy just rings them up. I get a customer doing that but the clerk just not saying a word and ringing him up is just rude. This has happened several times before and I'm just not going back.
