I went in rain till walking waited there for more than half an hour they said we need your print of one doc and then they said now we can’t open the account. I told them I can’t come in weekdays but they didn’t treated me well.

EVERYTIME I come into this chase bank I am treated with the best customer service. The staff are very attentive to detail here in this location. The manager is always making sure everyone is being taken care of. There’s a lovely bank teller named Lisa, whom I had the pleasure of being assisted by yesterday. She was the most kind and socially intelligent woman I have seen in a long time! Definitely recommend this chase location to anyone who likes to be welcomed and treated with respect. Great team! Thank you

I went to make a transaction the teller didn't know what she was doing had me there for 20 minutes until they closing time, they locked the doors I was making a credit card payment with the teller, I had half the cash on me and my daughter was standing outside the door with the rest of cash the teller told me she will not open the door after she finished wasting my time in not knowing what she was doing then she proceeded to close for the day

Yesterday my husband and I went into the bank to open an account at 9:00am. It was quite questionable how we were treated. I explained to the young lady that we reached an email stating that we should visit the branch to open an account. She spoke to someone that was seated on the first floor. According to her he stated that they had no opening for the entire day. She stated that we needed to find away to make an appointment at another time, and we were turned away. The untrained employees did not provide us with any means of how to make the appointment or even suggest that we can make an appointment for another time with her. Again it was quite questionable about the way we were treated. I am unaware of the factors that might have made Chase treat us in this manner. I will try to reach as far as corporate to find out.

I've never been inside this branch, but I've tried to use the ATM on several occasions. More often than not, the ATM is not able to accept deposits or complete withdrawals.

I wanted to open an account and went to this branch without an appointment because I couldn't reach anyone over the phone. I was received by a very polite young girl who told me that if I waited to wait 15-30 minutes, a banker would open the account for me. I waited for more than an hour, then the same girl approached me and said that unfortunately the banker took longer than he expected in his previous appointment and would no longer be able to help me. It was unbelievable to feel the disrespect and disregard for my time.

I closed my safety deposit box 10 years ago when I moved away from Stamford. They just took $285 from my account without my permission or any legal justification to pay for a box I haven’t owned in literally 10 years. The branch manager Andres doesn’t even have the decency to return my calls. It’s been 3+ weeks trying to get this resolved. I have well over $100k in Chase accounts that I will be moving away from Chase as a direct result of the incompetence of this branch manager. Be very careful. These guys are shady. Heres another fun fact. $100k+ in a Chase savings account. Just over $1 a month earned in interest. So if I picked up 1 can a day and cashed in the $.05 deposit, I’d make more. Let that sink in.

Be very careful with this branch. They took $285 out of my account for a safety deposit box I don't have. I've been fighting for 3+ weeks to get my money back. The branch manager Andres hasn't returned my calls and the way they treat a long term customer like me is disgusting.

Completed wasted my time. I waited in line just like everyone else, and was told to wait that I would be helped once they helped everyone else on the line. I said okay because I understood my situation would take a bit longer but my time was completed wasted. She called me up and said to come back another day, after waiting and waiting. She didn’t even attempt to set up an appointment for me to actually be guaranteed help. Worse branch. Lack of knowledge. And their atm never works.

This branch NEVER answers their phones. It seems their phones are always set to divert to the customer service centre. Not much of an issue if you can easily make it to the bank. Massive issue if you are unable to get to the branch. I would like to think they have good customer service in person but otherwise I would have to say the customer service is horrible. PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!

Awful !!!!!! Chase Banking , not at this branch, but overall is the worst bank to deal with. They treat you terrible, even after you have been in business with them for over 25 years. They do not take that into account at all. They don't have a customer service, dept, in a higher management who can look into things, or see what is going on and get back to you. Everything there is a big secret, with no explanation. Be careful investing in this bank.........read other reviews. I'm happy im not alone in this .

They make chase customers wait 7 hrs to notarize a piece of paper that takes 30 seconds. My local branch helps customers immediately.
