Shopping for my 10-month-old’s clothes is one of those tasks I somehow make way harder than it needs to be. Between sizing, seasons, growth spurts, and trying to figure out what she actually needs, I usually end up overwhelmed and inefficient.
Jenen helped me from start to finish. She understood what I needed, helped me think through sizes and seasons, and pulled together a full wardrobe that actually made sense for my baby.
What stood out most was her energy. She was warm, patient, practical, and genuinely helpful without making me feel rushed or silly for needing help. You can tell she truly loves her job, and that makes such a difference.
I left feeling organized, relieved, and really grateful. Jenen turned a task that usually stresses me out into such a positive experience. She deserves real recognition.”
“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”
“When I asked Siri to call this Old Navy in Norwalk, it said it had only 1 star and did I still want to call!? I had been there in the past and it’s been a little rough around the edges. But I did proceed and I have to write this review because today , not only did the person answer the phone courteously and stop to find an item I needed, the store was immaculate when I came to pick it up later. EVERYTHING was in its place and the three ladies closing were eager to help me and knowledgeable and capable. 5 stars for me.”
“While in Greenwich last week, I stopped by the Lilly Pulitzer store. This store sells mostly clothing and accessories for women and little girls. The Lilly prints are the brand's signature. It's generally, very bright colors with pinks, greens and blues, these prints are very summery. I like the fall and winter collection that's currently in the store, which embraces more jewel tones. Going into a Lilly store isn't an everyday occurrence for me, since there's only three stores in all of Connecticut. You have to truly love what you're getting from a Lilly store, an acrylic (which isn't my favorite material) sweater will run you $118. The store is beautiful and their staff is lovely.”

“I used to shop in Old Navy more often especially for one season use of summer clothes. Not so much now. This location has always been convenient for us making returns and for store pick up. I was in the store today (a Wednesday) a little after lunchtime and it was neatly organized. They also have great displays and clean fitting rooms. The young lady on the register wasn’t the most cordial; however for some reason I didn’t take the semi scowl on her face personal.There was another associate named Takayla who was very pleasant. I first encountered her in the fitting room then out on the sales floor. She was on point, with a welcoming demeanor.Same with the manager, Karen. She greeted me with a smile on her face. Chuckling… this is why I probably made a purchase after making my return from an online purchase.It’s between a Carvel and Ulta. There’s a large parking lot although there are several stores in the plaza.”
