“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”

“While in Greenwich last week, I stopped by the Lilly Pulitzer store. This store sells mostly clothing and accessories for women and little girls. The Lilly prints are the brand's signature. It's generally, very bright colors with pinks, greens and blues, these prints are very summery. I like the fall and winter collection that's currently in the store, which embraces more jewel tones. Going into a Lilly store isn't an everyday occurrence for me, since there's only three stores in all of Connecticut. You have to truly love what you're getting from a Lilly store, an acrylic (which isn't my favorite material) sweater will run you $118. The store is beautiful and their staff is lovely.”

The manager Catalina Garcia was absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with! I was looking for some rare, hard to find bespoke upcycled pieces and Catalina went ABOVE and beyond to locate pieces for me from across all the boutiques. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this particular LoveShackFancy boutique . It is incredibly well organized and run under Catalina Garcia. I would absolutely recommend making her your sales associate and going through her. Be sure to check out this location and work with Ms. Garcia- you will not be disappointed! One of the best experiences I’ve had with this brand!”

“When I asked Siri to call this Old Navy in Norwalk, it said it had only 1 star and did I still want to call!? I had been there in the past and it’s been a little rough around the edges. But I did proceed and I have to write this review because today , not only did the person answer the phone courteously and stop to find an item I needed, the store was immaculate when I came to pick it up later. EVERYTHING was in its place and the three ladies closing were eager to help me and knowledgeable and capable. 5 stars for me.”

“I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews. We love their clothes and the material is super soft. We recently ordered again and somehow had it shipped to an address we haven't lived at in over 5 years. I emailed and within 20 minutes they returned my email and are shipping them out again to our correct address. They didn't have to do that, it was our mistake but they were generous enough to fix our mistake with 20 minutes. Bravo Vineyard Vines!**edit - AND they overnighted them: amazing'!”
