Jose Luciano was ABSOLUTELY amazing. So polite and helpful and a PLEASURE to work with. Amazing work ethic. This was an incredibly hard job with very heavy furniture, 7+ hours and no damage. Highly recommend these two movers. Ask for them on your next move.

I'm a 78-year old widow moving about 15,000 lbs. from CT to PA, so the move was a challenge for me and the movers. The move was on a Saturday, and the workers appeared on time and moved quickly, but at some point in the process the lead changed, so things I had communicated to one person had not been communicated to the new person, so there was some confusion. There were a couple of pieces that didn't fit and I gave those away to neighbors. One door the movers had adjusted to stay open was damaged. The people who bought my house were doing a walkthrough Monday morning. I tried to contact someone at the company, but no one responded until Monday after the house was no longer mine. My nephew ended up driving up from NY to fix the door on Sunday, so the new owners wouldn't see a broken door during their walkthrough. On the other end, the lead clearly was annoyed that I had reported a broken door chain and proceeded to take photos of every scratch and wall mark in the house, which he told me I would have to sign to show they hadn't done it. Of course, I said I totally understood that and that I wouldn't hold them responsible for existing damage, but throughout the move, whenever there was a tight fit to get something up the stairs, he told me it wouldn't be possible. So two beds, two bookcases and a chest of drawers were left in my garage. Since then, a neighbor has helped me get some of those items up the stairs with no damage to the walls. And even though I had clearly marked what rooms boxes were supposed to be moved to, I find that in a house with 4 levels, many that should have been moved to floor 4 were in the basement and vice versa.. It is taking me a very long time to unpack. The things I have unpacked were in good condition. A few new scratches on furniture but nothing major. I have not yet opened the cartons of large canvas art pieces that the movers packed so I can't report on their condition yet. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to seniors. They were clearly in a hurry since they had another job. Boxes were stacked so high in the kitchen when they finished, I couldn't move around the room and had to move them into another space. I'm in good physical shape, but moving many heavy boxes was a challenge. The workers were pleasant but clearly more interested in unloading the truck quickly rather than providing the best customer experience.
