A lifesaver! After 20 hours of struggling on my own with an OS upgrade on my iMac, Marco was able to diagnose a rare beta firmware issue that was causing all the problems! My extensive research did not even suggest this issue, but Marco zeroed in on it within an hour! Exceptional service, and highly recommend it!!!!!
