I could not be happier with my experience with the guys at CubeSmart in Stamford. I went in the late Spring and based off my needs was told trying in the late summer would get me better prices. It absolutely was true when I came back! They worked really quick and couldn’t have been more helpful getting our storage unit up and running! I would absolutely recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for one

Rick was tremendously helpful throughout the entire process of obtaining the storage unit and making sure I was able to unload/load safely and conveniently. The storage unit was clean and ready to go upon my arrival. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for my storage needs in the future.

It is not climate control at all! only for the office staff. A specific Staff member will deny clients access to the bathroom and say that it is out of order. He would bad mouths the clients if asked why isn't the bathroom accessible at all hours up to the 10p.m. limit. He stated that people are nasty! This was my experience. I had complained to the CEI and there was never an apology nor a reasonable explanation of accessibility to the bathrooms at any time.
