Good evening!I am a new client and I can tell you with all my honesty that , for my absolute first experience, I am very pleased with the deals , the accommodations and most of all with the Customer Service .From the first day , I was greeted with a warm smile and a very professional hand shake by Mr Kareem White Jr .Every time I’ve asked for his assistance, he was very knowledgeable and attentive.I will gladly recommend the storage to whoever needs one .

Everything is great here! From the moment I stepped into the building to inquire about the rates the Staff was super friendly !!! Kareem took me on a tour to show me several units on the first floor. He was knowledgeable of prices and presented me with several options to fit my budget. He was instrumental in helping me come to my conclusion. The storage unit is easily accessible and has plenty of carts available to move belongings in from your vehicle to the unit. The facility is clean and neat. It’s been the best great keeping my belonging here. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking.

I want to give a big thank you to John & Kareem! When I came in i was immediately greeted by these two men with the most happiest of welcomes, now you don’t see a lot of big smiles nowadays but these two happiest as can be! I came here to get a storage unit without prior knowledge, it was my first time here. The two men went into depth explaining the prices & the process, they even kindly showed me a little tour of 2 units I was interested in which was so helpful. Kareem offered me a mattress cover which honestly was the greatest idea! I think everybody should be using this. The store itself was well maintained. Overall these two men (John & Kareem) went above and beyond for me and my family, I loved my experience here and will definitely recommend these guys to anybody! Thank you.
