When moving in the store manager was not there and I was there with movers and a moving truck. The 2 movers were being paid by the hour and they had to sit and wait until we had access to the new storage. Lost 2 hours until finally the 800 number was able to do the contract via email. I had to pay movers 30.00 an hr for sitting in a storage area. Place is clean but if you get into a problem or have questions there is no one ever in the office. Not happy about the facility staffing.

Easy online setup. I reserved the unit at midnight, and had instant access at 6am with the lock and unit ready to go.
Simple process, easy parking inside with carts provided to move in or out.
Highly recommend for storage needs.
