Seamless online setup. Easy to use the app to get in and out of the compound. I especially appreciate how easy it was to select, register/pay for, and access the unit on a holiday weekend when the office was closed. Saved me both time and effort during what was a long stressful weekend.

Great experience finding a unit, and moving my items in. The manager of the location was very informative and helpful making the process very seamless. Karena answered all my questions with no issue. I will recommend to my friends and family for future use.

Avoid This Place at All Costs!
This place is a complete joke. No one is ever at the office, and absolutely no one can be reached — not the manager, not the district manager, no one. I was locked out of my storage unit the entire day. I was promised multiple times that someone would call me back and resolve the issue. Not a single person followed through. No call, no help, nothing. Total lack of professionalism and customer service. Save yourself the frustration — stay far away.
