The worst pharmacy ever. Awful customer service. Kept all my Heart meds undelivered for a whole month after they sent them to a wrong address. I finally took a cab and got 9 bags of medication...3 of them expired already. I won't be doing business with them ever.

The CVS pharmacy here was an absolutely terrible experience. I have never written a review and I never do but I have to share my experience . I was there for an hour calling my doctor back and forth to get the pharmacist to get me my prescription (which was for the flu when I was sick). I could not believe it. However, the lady at the counter in the pharmacy was extremely nice. Very disappointed and upset.

Good little pharmacy with the usual convenience store additions. This has a major drawback: the cashiering system. There are self check Lanes but you have to you exact change or a card. The machines don't make change. There is one real person which managed to show everything down D the store is busy. I have the self check later because they are taking a job from somebody and they NOT more convenient. The big stores are taking advantage of consumers but putting them out there. CVS fix your damn machines or replace them. Your rating could go to.

I recently visited Stamford again and went into this CVS things are cleaner and handled more quickly! I don't live there anymore to gauge on other busier times but it does look like they're trying to be better! Well done!

Don't bother ordering pictures and expecting them to be ready on time even with the email notification. This has happened to me numerous times and I always try again thinking it will be different. Nope. Go elsewhere.

The last few times I've visited this location, the staffed has genuinely gone above and beyond to say hello and ask if they could help. Extremely friendly and acknowledging which is a huge contrast to previous visits.

If you print photos make sure to select the quicker printing option. No one is ever at the counter to make sure the printers have ink or printing paper. You'll have to ask for assistance at least 3 times for someone to get your pictures for you. This has happened to me the last 4 times I printed there. If you don't stay while they print then you might not even get everything you paid for. As far as the pharmacy or rest of the store I haven't had any issues, just rude customer service sometimes.

Wife Carrie's the CVS card. Since wasn't there, I tried a few phone numbers and could not get the right one. I did not realize that the price would be almost 10 buck more on the 16 dollar item I wanted! I'm not sure if this is a CVS policy or store, but I walked and will not go bsck!

Ordered a calendar online from their photo store. Tried to give me an un-bound calendar (12 loose photos with dates underneath) I asked Besa why this was not bound and she told me that's just how it comes and to call corporate if I have an issue. She was extremely unhelpful and flat out rude. She argued with me that "that is how calendars are". I spoke to the manager Kevin and he informed me that the calendar should have been bound (duh) and that he would make it happen. Besa was unaccommodating, unhelpful and had awful customer service skills. I called to follow up and was hung up on.

Worst CVS. The pharmacy is okay, but the cashiers and floor managers are rude and not helpful. The milk was spoiled. They also need to update their hours online.

horrible customer service. and racist cashier. she wouldnt return my product and told me i had to return with a manager. he came to help and asked why she couldnt do it and i told him she said i had to return with a manager. she gave me the biggest headache ever and all i wanted to return 1 item. never will be going here the people look at black people like we trying to steal everything smh
