Never go to this pharmacy. I came to get epipen for my son, they took my prescription and said to come back in 2 days. I did, and they never filled up the prescription, trying to create some lies, next day I got the message that my order is ready to be picked up. I came there again, and they said the pharmacist never showed up for work, that's why they are closed for the whole day. This is just the worst pharmacy ever!!!! Still don't get my order, and they don't give me my prescription back.

I've been thinking about doing this for quite a while. I was willing to consider that people are in short supply post covid, however I'm filing for divirce from cvs at hope at rock spring. A medication I really need for a chronic disease was "out of stock" for 5 days. I told them that I had a plane ticket for Thursday at 6:30 am and after going there Sat,, Sun, tues and then wed I was told they had it but to come back in one hour. I returned as requested and was told that they had filled someone else's rx with the drug in the interim. I again explained the need to have it wed evening. The pharmacist refused to come speak to me and I left in tears. I went to cvs bullshead at 8 pm in great panic and was helped by a wonderful kind man named Eric who filled it while I waited. The people at 221 Hope pharmacy are generally toxic. It seems to be the most poorly managed cvs I've patronized. Seriously cvs wake up and make some personnel changes. You owe us better service esp what my family spent for the last 23 years.

They gave me USED Needle for blood sugar testing. Second time, they gave me a sensor without the reader which they ran out of stock and refused to accept return. The staff was rude.

This pharmacy never pick up the phone when you call. I spend all morning trying to get thru to talk to a person about my prescription and I couldn't. And the times I talked to someone from the store and explain that I was trying to talk to the pharmacy they just transfer the call that nobody answered

This cvs is horrible. They never answer the phone and the drive through is always closed. Also why can't they open during their stated hours?

No organization with a bunch of incompetent people working in the pharmacy. You would think cvs would hire better people to operate a pharmacy but apparently not. I will be connection with cvs senior leadership to express how poorly this location is ran.

If I could go zero stars, I would - I have never been to this pharmacy and had them not mess up my order, so I try to avoid it at all costs. But today, I went for the COVID-19 test that I scheduled days in advance not once, but twice, and was refused service. They said that "a nurse in the computer" had "erased my appointment" and they was "nothing they could do." Such flagrant incompetence. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Like the pharmacy staff always very helpful! Only problem I have with this cvs is the floor manager, have had two encounters with him and both times he was very condescending and rude.

My family has been going to this store for more than 15 years. The service has been going progressively downhill. I have been having so many problems getting scripts filled that I have decided to move my business to a different pharmacy. The last script that I needed for my daughter took 2 weeks to get filled because they didn't follow up, and then it was stopped because of a "High Price" hold. No one bothered to notify me not even when I was picking up her other scripts. The CVS app had conflicting and ultimately wrong information on that script. AND the CVS price was $$$$ 4 times more expensive than 8 of the nearest competing pharmacies. They have been making me crazy and I can't take it anymore. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
