Really is weird , I am a customer at least 15 years and the Guy who work there named "Win"" always when I have to pay $70 he know who I am and said me not is a $170 dollars ., or said me not is to early to pick up , well I wait a couple hours and I talk with another guy and Woala !! appear the discount , I don't want deal with this guy my medicine , or if they have a personal issue with me send my prescriptions to high ridge rd and finished a work relationship with that pharmacy , again the issue is only with Mr. Win and period ..Today the new manager help me and when I said bye Thank you she ignored me , That's ok the level of arrogance is amazing .For me the important is my medicine if someone want to say Hi , o Good bye for me is important but I understand that point is not important for some people. My last review was 5 stars , I would like to do un update to put 5 stars again , customer service is very important.

Pharmacy wants to lose business. Can't get a price check on past prescriptions filled. No wonder my insurance No longer considers CVS a preferred pharmacy. Also OptumRX is terrible so far at refilling a prescription or even getting accurate information.

Went to CVS on Newfield Avenue last week after reading the Medicare website that the monthly supplies of Covid testing kits will be available with local pharmacy. Spoke to a pharmacy person, Inquire the Covid testing kits covered by Medicare on a monthly basis. She said to me impatiently, “There is no such coverage.” I replied, “I read it from the Medicare website about it.” She raised her voice and said, “ “I am very familiar with Medicare, there is nothing offered.” She never checked with the pharmacist or looked online. I thought it is a lost case to deal with an incompetent person with a terrible attitude, I just left the store. I left the CVS Newfield and went to CVS on High Ridge Road. The pharmacy was very polite and told me, “Of course we know about the coverage. All we need is your Medicare insurance card.” What a pleasant experience. If you want good customer services, don’t go to CVS on Newfield Avenue.

Best one in the Stamford area. Not as shiny and new, but the staff is great. I am talking about pharmacy staff of course, the store itself is small and doesn't have as much to choose from as the bigger CVS stores.
