I was standing in line waiting to be helped by the male pharmacist. He was talking too the customer before me for a long period of time about his personal life while he was filling out her prescription. I asked him was he almost done? I stated to him his conversation is slowing him down. He made a sarcastic comment to me. When he finally got to me, he continued to go on regarding my comment or suggestion that I made to him. I told him I was not going to argue with him. I spoke my peace.
After I received my prescription I pursue to walk away then the customer he was having the long conversation with was still there after I received my prescription. When I pursue to leave and pass by her she made a smart comment to me and I told her I was not speaking to her. My conversation was between me and the pharmacist. I just walked away. This was a very disturbing and unprofessional experience. I asked the pharmacist to take my name out the system, I’m no longer coming to this location again. Very inconsiderate.

Female Indian pharmacist is very impersonal and doesn’t have a professional way of handling people with personal information. I had to shout my name DOB in a very loud manner to be heard by her and anyone waiting in line. She never asked what medication I was there to pickup, my emergency prescription was never ready upon arrival even though i received a text saying it was. Target pharmacy at night is horrible.

Highly unreliable cvs location especially if you have prescriptions at this location. Reduced timing with a lunch break during the week. closed during weekends (recent change) and major holidays makes it extremely difficult to pick up prescriptions. The hours keep changing, Furthermore, with the new cvs policy of not being able to call the pharmacy, a voicemail never gets returned from the location. Avoid at all costs!! I am giving two stars because the main pharmacist Lyubo has always delivered good customer service.

The main pharmacist, Lyubo Hadzhiev is the best! Other CVS locations should train under him. Other Pharmacy's should train under him. He is/has the A team. I have discussed my appreciation of my pharmacist with my neurologist. My doctors response was "I've worked with him, very knowledgeable". Pretty great to hear from your doctor! In life there are many things that need to be juggled. Having Lyubo helping to manage what has turned out to be a big part of my boy and family health is a relief.
Angela (the tech) is amazing. never less then the best. Always asks the right questions. Always professional.

Great Customer Service! Lyubo is a very knowledgeable pharmacist who puts his clients first! He always takes his time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure I full understand my prescriptions and the copays from my insurance company. Highly recommend this pharmacy! They also make it convenient to get regular Flu Shot and Vaccines.

My family and I have used CVS Pharmacy at the Stamford Target location since Sept of 2020. In that time, Lyubo and his team have always provided top-notch care and service to my family's needs. He and his staff are always super attentive, treat us like patients, keep us informed of changes to our prescriptions and go above and beyond to help us address insurance issues. When this happens the issues are almost invisible to us! There was a period of time where we switched to the Forrest St location because parking was easier and the target elevator is always a hassle but we quickly switched back as the other location just wasn't the same level of care and service that we've come to enjoy. That's the upshot. The downside is that they are severely overworked, and understaffed. Lyubo is the only pharmacist at that location and there have been frequent times during the weekends where the pharmacy was just closed without any notice. When we've asked the Target staff, they've said, that they couldn't open because the pharmacist hadn't shown up that morning. They need help not KPI's and corporate forecasts that prevent them from serving their community!Lyubo has a lot of pride in his work and in the relationships that he's built with his customers. All CVS pharmacies could learn a lot from his "bedside care" and professionalism. Chains in general have lost that level of care/service, and it's highly commendable that he and his team can still rise above when corporate efficiency/staffing algorithms are working against them.Thank you Lyubo and team!

Scheduled a flu/Covid appointment, showed up, and they weren’t open. No one in Target could assist because it’s a third party. Went to another CVS and there was a problem transferring the vaccine because it was stuck in the system there.

Always closed when you least expect it or doesn’t have medicine or vaccines you need but yet still takes in appointments regardless where they are staffed or not. Terrible

Should be open at 10, not open at 1030! Be on time! People have things to do and prescriptions to fill!

Vaccination area is a bit shoddy, but the main pharmacist, Lyuboslav Hadzhiev is THE BEST! He was patient and friendly, and answered all my questions. I came in late because of a mix-up, but he still accommodated me.
