Someone is using my cvs account at your store. This is my 3rd time calling the store about this and they said that they can't do anything about it. I'm furious and want my account protected. I can't believe that someone can get away with this and you guys cannot stop it. Please contact me before I press charges for forgery. Thank you,

Someone needs to speak with their staff. I came in this evening 12/19. Two of the male employees were cursing at each other. Was very uncomfortable. I told the kid behind the counter; didn’t seem to care.

BE AWARE! Parked my car here to go pick up my prescription at CVS and came back with this giant tag on both sides of my car. The tag does not even come off! Ugh what a horrible place this must be! I talked to the so called manager and he said traffic cops put the tags. I called the police department and they denied it. Just be aware after you park here they may add this tag to your car without your permission even though you are parked in the cvs parking. The manager is also not helpful. He kept me waiting for 20 minutes and kept saying he is with a costumer, I guess I am not a customer the way they put tags on my car! Ugh horrible horrible horrible. I bought rubbing alcohol and my wife and I spent hours to clean this mess. I would never ever go back to any cvs branch. I filed a formal complaint with cvs. I will also be back to find out who puts the stickers to file a complaint with the police department. It is a shame that CVS manager does not have any clue who does this, and it is a questions for me as to why he is the manager?

The CVS on Forest St. is the absolute worst pharmacy ever! They never have the medicine you need in stock and will not notify you that it is not in stock. Forget about them ever answering the phone! I have called plenty of times to get hung up on or on hold forever! I would just go in person walk into CVS and everyone in the pharmacy is just standing around and ignoring the phone! ?

The staff that was working today was amazing. Specially around 6pm -7pm. Came in to print photos & left them behind by accident. The girl with braids chased me down outside to make sure they were returned. Thank you so much!

Nothing is EVER in stock at this location (11 Forest Street). I live down the block and every single time I go, many (key) items are consistently out of stock. I end up having to drive elsewhere. Wish they had a better system in place for stocking things.
Also, some of the pharmacists here are awful. While a few of them are nice and helpful, there are a few that are just completely unhelpful and rude. The pharmacy hours are also all over the place and they tend to close early or at weird hours. And don't even bother trying to get anyone on the phone here...

Nice pharmacist but it took 2 days and 10 dropped calls to reach her. This is the 11 Forest store. The tape loop, that invariably hangs up on you, is utterly infuriating. Necessary meds were delayed two days delivery due to their ineffective communication system. Go elsewhere.
