My experience with the pharmacy has been great. Challenging RX issues where the solution was to use GoodRX not my health insurance. Solutions focused Pharmacist Assistant was great in terms of helping me at the consultation area away from the register for privacy. The team at this store helped me to save an extra $100 off an expensive RX. The app contact call back function is way better than sitting on hold and they care way more than most of these entitled Gen Z think! Just say I appreciate you to someone who helps you and see where it takes you. I appreciate you!

Went in to get a box of sudafed i was at the counter at 1:30 exactly and they would not attend to me because they were going to lunch. Could not extend the kindness if 1 minute to ket me purchase and be on my way. Changing pharmacies.

Dear CVS
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations. On 2/3/2025, I visited your to use the ATM, only to find that it was out of service. While I understand that technical issues can happen, I was frustrated by the lack of signage or communication informing customers of the outage.
What made the situation worse was the behavior of your employees. When I approached the staff for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Not only did they seem uninterested in resolving the issue, but they also displayed a lack of professionalism when I tried to inquire about when the ATM would be operational again.
As a loyal customer, I expect better service, especially when dealing with routine banking issues. I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure that other customers do not face the same frustration.
I would appreciate your prompt response to this complaint and an explanation of the actions being taken to prevent this from happening again.

This is by far the most unprofessional CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. I got the curtain closed on my face in the middle of a question and transaction. I was lied to regarding my insurance not covering medication, I was given then wrong medication and The staff is rude and useless. This place is a circus!!

Employees would rather stock shelves than help a customer. A lot of weird looking people lurking about giving me a look I don’t get anywhere else.

Great costumer service store is very organized and clean Most importantly the manager at this location cares & shows in the team she runs at this location I frequent this location at least twice a week and this store has had a 360 turn since she took over

Does not inform their patients/clients (or parents of) that the life-saving medications their children need are out of stock. Instead the parents have to go in and find out that CVS also will not transfer it to another location and that we need to call our “providers” on a weekend in order to do so.
Provider said CVS needs to transfer internally and CVS claims they can’t.
Astonishing there is no urgency for something like this and instead they rely on automated messages, which were never sent in the first place.

Went to my scheduled flu shot on time and the pharmacist took my information. After me, another customer registered. She was given her shot right away. I was totally forgotten! Rude and disrespectful.If they "forget" a customer who just checked in, what else are they "forgetting"?

Service is super slow. Employees are indifferent. Plan a 20 minute wait every time you go to the pharmacy.

I had a wonderful experience with Alicia who assisted me at the counter. She treated everyone with respect and was extremely respectful and patient. It’s common to find this kind of service nowadays. She really made my day.
