This CVS Pharmacy at 229 Hope St has the absolute worst customer service. The 2 pharmacists and the staff are rude and extremely passive aggressive. This is not the level of care I expect when dealing with prescriptions and health-related matters.

Pharmacist and other team members are fantastic. The phone System recently only allows to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy. It is a horrendous, circular reference phone system, which does not allow for any human interaction and does not work well with trying to refill prescriptions.
