After receiving text that my prescription was ready at 969 High Ridge Rd in Stamford, CT and then waiting 20 minutes at drive through, a team member pharmacist told me it wasn’t and to come back later. I returned 2 days later, it still wasn’t ready, same pharmacist told me to come back later and yelled at me complaining how busy he was. This in spite of a) receiving text two days prior stating it was ready, b) same pharmacist telling me it would be ready two days prior in the evening, c) having to wait another 20 minutes again in the drive through line. Since when did picking up prescriptions at CVS become such a humiliating experience? I am taking my business to another pharmacy.

Not the most friendly pharmacist. It seemed as if I was bothering the staff by showing up today. I guess she was just not happy to be working on the day after new year.

Unprofessional, rude, and makes you feel like a burden for asking questions.

My boyfriend and I have bad experiences with CVS is not a good one. They are extremely slow with no sense of urgency. When we call they do not answer and we have to listen to an annoying recording over and over again. When I use a non CVS pharmacy they are polite, take care of the customer more quickly and answer the phone and have LESS EMPLOYEES. This is the worst pharmacy that we have ever used and we thought at first everyone has a bad day but, it has been everytime it doesn't matter if we go inside, drive thru or call them. CVS needs to change. CVS is NOT customer friendly when they take 60 minutes to answer the phone that is a problem. Management needs to take care of this. This pharmacy located on High Ridge Rd in North Stamford. Because no one is answering the phone we have to drive to the store right now.

It is a CVS, but for some reason their drink selection seems to randomly runs out of stock of certain things. Does not seem well maintained at times.

Very clean and a great location. Plenty of parking. Staff was polite and fast.
