CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are limited to eligible individuals, with anyone age 10 or older able to get tested. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing at some locations, though high demand may cause delays. While the pharmacies at many CVS stores face challenges, with staff struggling to keep up with long lines and prescription delays, the overall service quality varies. Some customers report great service, with friendly staff and efficient handling of their needs. However, others express frustration with long wait times and unhelpful employees. Despite these mixed experiences, CVS remains a reliable option for many customers seeking healthcare and pharmacy services.
CVS can save you. But for the day to day shopping, I find myself coming here less than before. Service is slow, and overall store can use some work.

Drive-thru hours are extremely unreliable. Frequently closed in the middle of the day. It's the only drive-thru pharmacy in the area so I switched everything over but will be switching back.
