The manager on duty at the CVS on West Main Street in Stamford on the evening of Friday, May 30 was extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional and nasty. He gives CVS a bad name. He wasn't wearing a name tag. I asked for his first name, but he would not tell me. That's probably because he's the most selfish, unprofessional, rude person I've ever met. He hid his name from all the customers because he's so downright nasty and rude. He's a disgrace to CVS.

The pharmacy will let you sit at window for more than 7 mins without greeting or acknowledgement. Walked in no on there just them doing paperwork

Recent insurance glitches have been an upsetting barrier for me. But I know CVS is not to blame. Last time my insurance denied my coverage, CVS staff helped me out by finding and applying coupons that brought my cost down to just about what my copay would have been. Gustavo (at the pharmacy cash Register) is incredibly kind, professional, competent, and discreet with my personal information. I appreciate him and the pharmacy team.

This place was great the pharmacist name mana she was the best she went out of her way to helped me out and she was very patient with me since I didn’t know much about what I was doing and she helped me through out of the way she never showed any frustration with me Thank God they still have some good people left in this world

Drive-thru hours are extremely unreliable. Frequently closed in the middle of the day. It's the only drive-thru pharmacy in the area so I switched everything over but will be switching back.

Pharmacy line moved fast & rep was attentive and directed us to proper person.
Cashier was very courteous & friendly. I appreciate eye to eye attention when shopping & cashing out at register.

I was rudely dismissed by the CVS pharmacy because it's 7:03 p.m.
I went to pharmacy and i was on the line at 6:50p.m. When it was my turn to be attended to the pharmacist refused to hear what I had to say, because she off the clock. She literally told me it's 7:03 that's not my problem and closed the gate in my face. 1938 West Main St. Stamford CT 06902. No care NO compassion.

The customer service was awful. Pharmacists made me feel like a begging dog. They were all so rude! Spoke down to me, said they couldn’t help before actually looking in the computer at my prescription and hearing me out. Literally closed the gate in my face.
