Store is a mess, extremely disorganized, extremely understaffed. Corporate should do something about it.

Called 3 times today without a single person picking up. Waited 15 minutes on each call before hanging up. While waiting on the physical line, i called in to get info on the prescription that should be ready but isn't. Suprise suprise, i can hear the phone ringing but each person systematically ignores the phone. They aren't limited to tele-incompetence either, they do completely illegal things like breaking up controlled substances up into numerous refills so you have to come back once a week instead of monthly. They also don't tell you when they don't have the full prescription so you get home only to realize that you have to come back tomorrow! I've had one prescription for a very common medication that has been "in process" for OVER A WEEK! Even when it says a script is ready, at last HALF the time they haven't even started on it. I've been getting medication refilled at various CVS's for 2 decades and i can confidently say that this place should be shut down.

This location has taken customer service to a new low.- Never pick up the phone. It's their policy. While I was there in person, the phone system kept alerting them of several waiting calls, they simply ignore it.- If your doctor sends in a medicine to be filled, it goes into "processing" status. They want you to come IN PERSON to confirm that you want the med, before they fill the prescription. Then you have to come in again to pick it up. Or wait 20-30 mins in the store so that they "expedite" it.- If you try to refill via the app or phone, it also goes into "processing" status. Anyways they no longer pick up the phone. It means TWO in-person visits to pick up your refills every time.I can see that they are understaffed. There is always a long line at the pharmacy. I think most of the pharmacists that I have interacted with are actually nice and helpful, but jeez what an unprofessional place.- Sad thing is, it has only recently become extraordinarily bad. It was somewhat ok before. The expectations are not high, I never had an issue in previous years. Maybe the new manager, or pharmacist, whatever. But something's broken here, needs corporate to go in there and fix...asap.

Attempted to pick up a prescription... Was next up on line and as woman in front of me was waiting, 2 employees ( male and female) were just talking amongst themselves and not acknowledging anyone on line (there were others also behind me).I waited, as I needed my prescription, for nearly 10 minutes without anything happening or anyone making eye contact.I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and have extra patience for those who work in service, but this was ridiculous.Understaffed or whatever, communicate and acknowledge the customer.Absolutely terrible.

Can’t get ahold of anybody on the phone, they won’t put a prescription in from a doctor unless you go in and tell them you’re there for the prescription. Then they tell you it will be 30 mins. Pharmacist walked away from my wife mid sentence. The drive thru is a decoration designed to frustrate you before you go in because nobody answers it. Cablevision has better customer service, they eventually pick up the phone. Picture was taken at night, this happened to be the 4th night in 7 days I had to go back for different prescriptions for my kids and the line was the same every time

Worst CVS I have ever been to. Most of the pharmacy staff are very helpful--but they are clearly understaffed. They have openly admitted that they no longer answer their phones, the lines are very long, the drive-through window is rarely open, and they NEVER have my Rx ready when I try to pick them up despite having received texts notifying me that they are ready. Filling any Rx there will require two trips--one to go in and try to pick them up, and then a second to return when they are actually ready. You can't call in advance for any reason so don't waste your time trying. If you must use this pharmacy and aren't able to make multiple trips over the course of a week to get an antibiotic or a critical medication filled, I advise you to call the CVS Helpdesk number and have them access your profile and attempt to reach the store for you.

Can’t say enough bad things the pharmacy here. Not one redeeming quality. Incompetent and rude service. There’s no option for 0 stars here. The 1 star is generous. Hoping enough reviews gets this location the help it needs.

Takes more than 16 hours to fill an antibiotic prescription. This place is severely understaffed. I wish we had another pharmacy nearby.

Bad service—understaffed and undertrained personnel, with high turnover and angry customers. They never answer the phone. Long waits to pick up drugs that are often not ready after several days, requiring repeated returns and more waiting.

Very busy pharmacy with staff struggling to keep up. Nice staff. CVS now all but forces you to self scan . Might or not work without help.

I’m trying to think of a place worse than CVS. A third world DMV? The 9th circle of hell? Maybe. I just cannot believe CVS still has a business. Interminable lines, awful service, the basics out of stock. Pain, pain and more pain. I’ve switched all of my recurring prescriptions to Amazon where the experience is easy, professional and painless. Not even sure why I’m taking the time to write this as it’s so obvious that CVS doesn’t give a hoot about improving the customer experience. Too bad.

Terrible customer service. Don’t even try to call them, you will end up on hold for an hour and then if someone answers they will likely just hang up on you.

Last straw here. We had a prescription called in on 5/16, went to pick up today and was told they don't have it in stock. When asked why we weren't notified, she told us that it was ordered and that's all she could do. I guess calling us to tell us they don't have it or looking into another CVS wasn't an option? When going to another CVS who didn't have it, the pharmacist there even said the woman we spoke with was giving an attitude to her also. Not to mention that we have to check out our own purchases there, which is kind of frustrating. Pay somebody to do it.

This place is extremely unprofessional down to the manager. They all have an attitude when you walk in there is no greeting to the customers who are going to spend money at this store. I went in getting some vitamins and first the item was in the wrong place and when I got to the register is was ringing up higher than it should. when I explained the mix up so they can fix it they had an attitude at the register. Telling if I scanned my cvs card I obviously know to do that I’m talking about the price being higher not a discount. And then they went to check they looked somewhere else and told her no it’s over here. They ended up price adjusting the item for me but I explained to the cashier who was extremely rude to the point where I rather drive downtown than across the street to a cvs from now on, I told her if she cancels the transaction I will lose a coupon because it has happened once. And I told her this coupon doesn’t matter because I’m not spending $30 and told her the other fine. she gave me an attitude talking over me as well saying I know what to do I know what I’m doing yelling at me. And I told do not speak to me like that because I am a customer and I was understanding and nice to them when I could of been rude. So the cashier Margarita which is her name did not say anything hello do not speak to anyone like that. And when I said what is the managers name she wanted to extra nice. I asked for her name and asked for a corporate number and said they didn’t have one which is d*** because all retail has a corporate number. She said I can only speak to the manager Loraine which I didn’t want to because she looked uninterested and rude and looked at customers in disgust. So no I won’t be speaking to someone who looks and acts like that I will definitely call corporate. The employees and manager are very unprofessional. Save your time and head to another cvs down the street than here.
