I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel wronged after spending $70k with this place. Part of my project included a biparting sliding door with a screen door. The biparting door does not latch or close properly and the screen door doesn't include any latching hardware. I've been chasing Frank for over 10 months trying to get this finished, but they've completely stopped responding. There were some other fit and finish issues but my main concern is their abandonment of the project as soon as I paid.
If Frank is willing to complete the project, I'll take this review down.

Great company to work with. I needed a large bath vanity mirror with cutouts in the glass for two light fixture electrical boxes. In the office Julia was responsive and easy to work. She set up the measurement appointment right away and the fabrication team had the mirror ready ahead of schedule. At install it turned out the measurement for one hole was about an inch off and did not align with the wall box. I was afraid it would take another 10 days to get a new mirror. Design Glass & Mirror said, "this was our mistake, we will move this to the front of the line and have a new mirror ready for install tomorrow". The mirror was in the next day and it looks beautiful.
