Absolutely dispicable customer service. I first waited in line patiently behind a man for 20 minutes because Kevin (the store manager) was so slow, but I was so patient and kind. Then when it was my turn because Kevin was so slow a line built up behind me and he told me he was going to take other people because I was "taking too long" I kindly reminded him that I waited patiently for the man before me and he said "it wasn't 20 minutes you're taking way longer than that" I grabbed my items and said I was going to another FedEx and I was going to get his name to make a complaint and he grabbed his name tag off and held it in his hand! I have a live picture. Not the first time I had horrible customer service at this location and I'll let everyone know to use UPS instead and if it has to be FedEx DEFINITELY not this location. I'll be taking my entire company's business elsewhere.

I receive great service whenever I visit this location. Recently, after coming in on crutches, they picked up my items form the car , opened the door and got my items packed and shipped! They went the extra mile. Thank you!

I had my package sent here because I was on vacation and didn't want it sitting outside my house. NOWHERE did it say that they would not only return it after 5 business days, but would put a return label on it as if I RETURNED IT. The ONLY reason I even knew it happened was because I got an email from the company I ordered from saying they processed my refund that I requested. FedEx took it upon themselves to just send it to be returned without contacting me. After talking to 3 useless fedex reps they said there was nothing they can do. I just hope that this post will make people think twice about using fedex, because they absolutely don't deserve the business

This FedEx location is one I often visit given its proximity to my house. It can be hard to get a parking space out front - be aware it has a good amount of parking available behind the building which is hidden, you can then access the FedEx by going through the back entrance (lots of steps though to walk up, if you have mobility issues, focus on parking out front). This particular FedEx location seems understaffed, you will often need to wait 5-10 minutes for help, don't expect to be acknowledged, staff will say someone else does that (e.g. if you request binding) and they don't know where that staff member is so please wait because maybe they are out on a break, etc. That said, once they are helping they are very genuine and eager to help you out. Hence, while I think the franchisor deserves 0 stars, the staff make up for it once there is someone able to actually help. Given 3 stars is A-OK (which it isn't), 2 stars is an appropriate descriptor for me given I can usually visit outside of their busy hours. If you visit during busy times (e.g. after work on a weekday or on a weekend), then 1 star.
