Stamford location is right next to 95. Very convenient and easy parking if not busy. The employee working the counter was extremely helpful and it was a less than five minute transaction. Very easy.

Checked the status of my package today and discovered it was delivered yesterday 9/18/23. The box is soaked as it rained all day yesterday. The delivery driver walked past the huge mailbox and left the box at the door in the pouring rain. I opened the box and of course the inside is totally wet. Clearly the driver is an idiot and didn't use common sense. The items in this box are for my business. How am I supposed to sell items that are wet? Hopefully, they dry out and won't rust. Driver's need to be trained better and taught to use common sense.

Have a driver based out of this location who does my route. I was at home waiting for a package that required a signature 4x this week. The driver never showed and said “customer was not home.” I was literally home and nobody came. I called the the 1800 number 5x complaining and trying to problem solve. I offered my cell phone number, I left a note on my door, everything. They said they would contact the driver, put delivery instructions on my account, etc, to no avail. Each day there was no call or no effort made, I just kept getting a notification “you missed your delivery” while I was literally at home.Such a shame a driver makes no effort and blatantly lies on the job.Finally I was able to come on-site on 6/27 at 730pm and staff were able to help me and give me my package but it was a HUGE hassle. I hope management looks into this.

I'm pretty sure they have new staff. I walked in today and asked what the earliest delivery time was to Gilbertville, Mass. The employee said 10:30am. I filled out the form, put item in an envelope, and waited in a short line. When I was ready to pay,she told me my package will arrive before 4:30p. I said, but you just told me 10:30a. She then asked me if expected her to know the arrival time for every single location. I said no, but I thought she would have have checked before she gave me a definitive 10:30am arrival time ten minutes ago.She responded by asking me if I had ever been there before and if I even know how it works and suggested that I was being disrespectful. I thought about explaining that I didn't need to understand the system because it was her logic that I was trying to understand. I decided a better approach would be to bite my tongue, ship my package from USPS, and use the savings to treat myself to a Latte at the Starbucks across the street. I should mention that I loved this FedEx when Chris was running the show.
