Jaden, us a very intelligent, professional young man with a great amount of experience.
Additionally his very pleasant personality and professionalism made the process, very interesting.

Ladies, go somewhere else to do your copying. The men there suddenly seem to not know anything about how to work a copier so they can't help. The manager was trying to mansplain to me why defect lines in the color copies I made were to be expected, that the color isn't expected to match the original, and I would just have to keep trying to figure out how to use the copier to produce a double sided copy because it's "self service" and they shouldn't have to help me. Manager told me to talk to cashier, but that guy was busy chatting with another guy about accounts etc. All the guys having a good time and deliberately ignoring me when I was supposed to get a refund for dud copies. Just another business that caters to certain people, and I'm not one of them.

Self serve for returns is optional, if there is a line. I walked in, there was no one in line Then I was directed to the self serve to print my return labels when clearly it says on my return form FedEx can do it for you. When asked I was told that management is directing people in case there is a line. I would appreciate given the option/ courtesy of this service not to be told to do so.

What an awesome place! My flights have gotten cancelled for 2 days trying to get out of White Plains, NY in computer glitch that shut airports down! I came into this business and explained situation and that I was not able to fly home, but instead to next work week. I needed a bunch of reports printed. They have an email that you send your stuff to and it emails you back a code. You put code in printer and it prints everything off for you! They walked me through all of it and were so helpful when I was in a bit of a panic! It’s so simple! Thanks for everything you did!

Jaden and staff were outstanding and helped me complete a school project. I learned how to scan these fancy machines and everything came out perfect. Couldn’t be happier.

I bought pants online and they didn’t fit me. I went online to see if I could go to the FedEx store and return something with a USPS label. I read online that they would do that. When I got there I was told they didn’t. If this is true FedEx’ presence online should sync up with the stores and help people not waste their time. This is no reflection on the person who was helping me. But, I did let him know that it said they had this service online.

I agree with many of the other bad reviews here. This place is a joke. Not only was my credit card charged twice, but the attitude of ALL the staff here is beyond belief! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, uncooperative and outright rude! Mike should certainly not be working with the public! The only reason that I use this disgraceful location is that is close to my home. If you can avoid it that would be your best course of action!
