Shameful. I was charged 162$ for a service I never requested, approved, and or even RECEIVED. And instead of refunding me my money that they basically stole, because they charged me for services that were Never done, they said “we realize we made a mistake, so we credited your account the 162$” AKA “we paid ourselves ahead 3 months because we made a mistake!” Unbelievable! Also, Rude and disrespectful customer service people.

When calling to cancel a pending order, they put you on hold forever, then when someone picks up, they don’t speak to you, you just hear typing in the background.

Customer service is impossible. If you don't have to talk to them great, otherwise.. terrible company. But you'll have to speak with them often.

When you see all the bad reviews, you should listen and not use their service. We signed a one-year contract with them and there is no restocking fee mentioned. When calling them for a termination, they requested $50 restocking fee. They also charge early termination fee, which I never got from Xfinity or Optimum in the 12 years before using Frontier. I regret choosing them just because of their fiber service. Not worth it at all.

If you have to go with Frontier then use your own equipment. Not only do they charge a monthly fee for slow outdated equipment but they also charge $50 plus tax to return the equipment when ending the contract. Criminal.

This provider isn't worth 1 star. I can't even get through to a customer service person. The computer keeps hanging up on me! This is ridiculous! I wanted to see about upgrading my service, but now I'm thinking about starlink!

If I went back in time to 2006, dove to the bottom of the ocean with a flip phone, buried myself under 100 feet of sand and rocks, I'd have faster internet than I do with Frontier.
1 star for how many days it takes for any website to load.

Frontier is an impossible company. Completely not service oriented. They know how to say ‘sorry’ a lot…. ‘can’t explain why’ ‘can’t do that’, ‘Sorry that it doesn’t work for you’ , ‘I understand your frustration’ ‘Sorry that we can’t close your account’ , ‘sorry that we had you on hold so long’ , ‘Sorry that you’re not pleased’. I had to close a debit card and went as far to close an account so as not to get charged by this company. They finally did close the account after jumping through many hoops and long hours on the phone but than continued to debit from my account. Haphazardly! They couldn’t reverse charges. They’re sending me a cash card. Frontier Communications is so unhelpful …impossible. I know that in the future if I don’t have a choice of communications companies I will opt not to watch TV or have phone service…. Then to work with this company. No straight answers from frontier, and you can’t assume they will follow through when they give you an answer. No accountability!!! What so ever.

Astoundingly incompetent. Customer service could not be worse or more frustratingly obtuse if it was intentionally designed to aggravate. If you have *any* other option, take it.

Worst company in the entire world. The only communication they offer is with a bot. Also wish I could leave 0 stars. That should be an option, Google. If anyone is seriously thinking about this company, think again. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this company, if I could, I would leave 50!!
Don't do it.!! #frustrated

Yet another once great, American, company that used to provide career opportunities for the communities it served. Now outsourced to non-union workers. Don't be surprised if it's to third world countries
