Agreed to pay me my settlement money. Now forcing payment or else we file a motion. Bad company..

Run as far as you can . Won't take calls agent is arrogant, took over a year and a half to settle 12 overhead doors, a roof , electrical, and a paint booth. Even a child can count to 4 items . Left me hanging owing contractor $100,000.00 for 2 months . And I still don't have a paint booth.

When you need them they are not there. Email communications, including that to/from my agent, went unanswered for five days. When they estimated the reimbursement for an actual loss their response was much lower than State Farm and the process slow and unclear.Avoid them!
