Roberto did an amazing job on painting the roof on my C6Z. Not only that but he installed track pads and rotors. Swapped the suspension to sport shocks. Got my car ready to hit up track days in no time. Reasonable prices and the attention to detail was amazing. Car rides like new and handles better than it has ever in its life! TL;DR: This place is branded as a repair shop but they are not licensed by CT DMV as of 05/19/2023. I ended up not using the repair here, but went to another shop. For anyone looking for repair shop, I would check DMV first.Also, they initially told me that towing is free while end up charging $250 for 0.6 miles.Now the long version: My car broke down, I found this place because of the 5-star. The owner insisted on towing my car instead of having my insurance company send a tow truck. The claim adjuster did the inspection and I was ready to have the car repaired, when I found the DMV database and Greenwich auto works was not listed there! I contacted the owner and he said that they probably forgot to renew the license, and spent 20 minutes "educating" me about different license types and how thorough and attentive to detail they are.?I still called DMV next day directly to confirm, and DMV staff responded: "the business had cancelled their license, and they can't renew but need to apply for a new one, and as of today, the shop is not a legit repair business".I decided to take my car to a different shop, and the owner asked me to pay towing fee, storage fee and inspection fee. When I argued that they are not even licensed, the owner said I need at least to pay the towing, which was $250 for 0.6 miles. I had to pay to get my key, and the receipt I got was for random car detailing services (from the car wash shop next door). And the amount on the receipt was also different from what showed up on my card. A total mess.

Top Notch place with affordable prices!Dorian and his mechanics at Greenwich Auto Works did an amazing job fixing my 2006 BMW. Since the moment my car stopped, they were very helpful and organized. Few minutes later, they came to my location, got my car, and later they dropped me off at my home. Not long after, they called and explained what needs to be fixed. Since they knew that it might take time, Dorian made sure that I get one of his rental cars (for free) while they are working on my car. Very knowledgeable, professional l, helpful and organized. For the service they provide, they have great prices!I’m happy that I found a place where my car is in good hands. But the most important for me was seeing that they took care of the situation from the beginning so It doesn’t affect my day to day life while my car is getting fixed.I got a recommendation for this place from a friend who uses their services for years, and I will definitely go back to them for anything related to my car!Service: General repairs & maintenance
