Stay Far Away! My taxes where filed by Ms. Deanna Clark. A basic mistake was made resulting in a substantial fine. Ms. Clark has never returned emails or phone calls, neither has the office. Only after attempting to book an appointment was I able to get connected to a manager, Ms. Wendy Ramirez. I was able to schedule an appointment with Luba at the 600 Summer St location. Ms. Luba never arrived at the appointment and Ms. Ramirez was unable to reach her. extremely unprofessional, go somewhere else to file your taxes. I will never use any H&R Block services again.

Yesterday I walked in without having an appointment, Luba was so very nice and accommodating. She saw me and finished my taxes within a few minutes, again very professional, kind and personable as the previous year. THis Hope St location is the best because of her! Another great thing, there is ample parking in the back.

She saw me and finished my taxes within a few minutes, again very professional, kind and personable as the previous year. THis Hope St location is the best because of her! Another great thing, there is ample parking in the back.
