Had accounts here for years. Needed a notary to sign some loan documents. Juan and Joe (who isn’t here anymore) used to have me email them the document and print it and notarize it. The guy that was in there today said no I don’t print anything for anyone. Clearly they do not care about helping their customers. How much does it cost you to receive an email and print a document for a customer? Good thing there’s a million banks to choose from.

Horrible customer service... I was the first and only car to drive up to the teller. I waited way too long for them to give me my money. It was a well over 20 minute process. Ridiculous.

Called here to ask if they had a Notary Public. The branch manager said yes, I asked if I needed to be a Key Bank customer, she said no, it would be perfectly fine and that she could do a notary for me. No problem right?

Arbitrarily closed on a Saturday. I drive 5 hours to get to my Security Box on the one day I can access my security box due to work and they aren't open. I called the 800 number and no one has a helpful explanation or solution. Their best suggestion, "call ahead of time," as if I should expect that they may be closed every weekend arbitrarily.
