Just drove up here to get some gear I need for frostbiting tomorrow. Made a point to get here before advertised 3PM closing time (got here at 2:55). Door was locked and I watched several employees driving away in front of me. Not cool.

Paid additional shipping cost to receive the jacket for a Xmas gift. It never arrived nor have I been notified of the delay. Canceled the order. Many more reliable options out there.

I bought a pair of wonderful Gill boots, and when I was trying to put them on they tore. The next day I came back, and landfall gave me a full refund, and showed me how to put them on correctly. This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and the gentleman who helped me was very understanding. For all of your sailing needs, go here.

We have placed an order for 2 Mustang pfds. Through our own fault, we missed-out on their seasonal sale. We contacted John Staton and he was most helpful in understanding our situation and making an accommodation for us. We are very pleased with the customer focus and the quality/pricing of the product lines carried by Landfall.

We ordered a life raft with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 days. After 10 days of hearing nothing back, I called only to find that they had not even submitted an order out yet. I heard no updates within this timeframe. How long would it have taken them to notice if I had not called? Upon calling, they told us there would be a delay on that particular raft, and offered somewhat comparable options. Having made an error in the first place, they assured delivery by the following week Friday at no extra cost. This delivery did not show up until a week later than promised, delaying our departure. Upon reaching out via email, the company ignored us completely. We've spoken to several other people who've had the same experience. Do not recommend, and will not recommend to any cruisers going forward.

Landfall Navigation has provided me excellent customer service, good products and quick shipping. If there is an issue its easy to reach a helpful person that can quickly sort it out. They are my first pick for online ordering of sailing items.

Great lil store in CT. I have always find their staff pleasing to deal with and used them to ship gifts sometimes. A rarity in the world of online shopping and warehouse retailers.

long story short. This owner is garbage. If the sailing market could support more then one independent sailing supply house Landfall would have been out of business years ago. I say this as an independent contractor. You'd do better to order online from anywhere else.

Ordering process failed to mention that products were backordered, despite accepting immediate payment. Tried to call customer service. They hung up on me, then refused to answer the phones or respond to emails. Find another company to order from.

Ordered parts online and waited a week before reaching out to inquire as to why they had not shipped. Phone lines not manned during posted business hours when I made three calls. Received word after emailing that products would not ship for another three weeks at earliest. No obvious notification of back order was present on website or order receipt.
