“Excellent Service — Fresh, Clean, and Handled with Care Get FreshStart Laundry is an excellent company! They do a fantastic, professional job at a very reasonable price. Their convenient pickup and delivery service makes the entire process effortless. They sort, wash, dry, fold, and package everything with exceptional care, and they also offer dry-cleaning services. When my laundry was returned, I could immediately see the attention given to every item. Everything was carefully separated, beautifully folded, and neatly packaged. My laundry was sparkling clean and had that wonderful, fresh, just-washed scent. The staff are friendly, pleasant, and professional. One thing I especially appreciated—when I called, I spoke to an actual person! No robots and no endless menus. Oliver was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, explained the entire process, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident about using their service. From beginning to end, the experience was easy, convenient, and stress-free. Get FreshStart Laundry provides professional service with a personal touch, and that makes all the difference. I will definitely be using them weekly—and happily enjoying the extra time they’re giving back to me! Diane G”

“We switched to Stamford Linen from Vestis and there is no comparison. The quality of the linens says it all…perfectly laundered and pressed. Paul is incredibly accommodating and the staff are so pleasant when placing orders. When I called to ask them to take us as an account, he was out of the country answering his phone. Now that is service!!! You just have to love a small business. This company truly cares! I own the Fife ‘n Drum in Kent”

“When it comes to price, quality and customer service, the team at Crescent Cleaners is the very best. Turnaround times are fast, they deliver when promised, and my clothes come back clean, fresh, and perfectly pressed. You’ll definitely notice their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Like Raul unlocking the door for a customer who showed up after closing time to pick up her items. Or Matt putting foil over zipper pulls so they don’t get damaged during cleaning (and always making sure the lollipop basket is full). Or Frank asking how my family is doing, because he sincerely cares. Anyone can clean clothes and take payment, but Crescent Cleaners makes it more than just a transaction – they demonstrate pride in their work and a true appreciation for their customers.”

“Even using Kapri for maybe 20 years. Always took great care of me and my clothes. Also does great alterations. Even as I moved away from the neighborhood, I continue to go back for my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Prospects Cleaners in Stamford. Over the years, I've relied on them consistently, and even after my office relocated from Stamford to Greenwich, I found myself returning to Prospects Cleaners. While I tried several cleaners in Greenwich, none matched the quality and attention to detail that Tim and his staff provide. Tim is an outstanding tailor who always manages to deliver excellent results, especially when it comes to tackling tough stains and intricate repairs that others couldn't resolve. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set them apart. The entire staff goes above and beyond, ensuring every experience is smooth and pleasant. I'm grateful for the consistently high standards and exceptional service Prospects Cleaners offers. It's rare to find such dedication, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and top-notch cleaning and tailoring services.”

“I had a decent experience here. The machines are mostly in good shape, but it can get a bit crowded during peak times. Still, it's a solid option when you need to get laundry done.”

“I received a hand me up suit from my friend’s mother. It was from the 60’s and needed a few alterations so I chose Rocket Alterations. Sophia was professional, friendly and accommodating. She explained everything clearly as fabrics and proper handling of a garment makes a difference to cost/ labor but she also made suggestions on how to keep it budget friendly. We worked together on creating a suit I know my friend’s mother would be proud of. I’m thrilled with the results and will continue to support this wonderful, honest and incredibly professional business and people. An exceptional experience all around!”

“Highly recommend SNS cleaners!! With what sounded like over 18 years of experience they offer reliable service, skills to care for my clothes and kindness.I really appreciate the tips and tricks for packing all of my dresses and suits for my upcoming business trip and dealing with dog fur. I plan to bring my work clothes to SNS cleaners when I return from my trip in addition to all of my winter coats before I store them away for the season.”

“Toni has been absolutely tremendous. She altered multiple sets of pants for me, and I regularly leave clothes to be dry cleaned. She seems to know her customers by name and is always happy to see me. Would recommend for tailoring or cleaning of clothes.”

“Amazing laundromat and such nice customer service. Machines are excellent and come in many different sizes for your needs. This is where I bring all my heavy quilts and blankets and they come out beautifully even on gentle cycle. They have huge dryers so even your largest comforter will dry in 30 minutes but if it doesn’t you can add a few more minutes. The staff there are super helpful and friendly if you need them too. Great place and great service!”
