Get FreshStart Laundry is an excellent company! They do a fantastic, professional job at a very reasonable price. Their convenient pickup and delivery service makes the entire process effortless. They sort, wash, dry, fold, and package everything with exceptional care, and they also offer dry-cleaning services.
When my laundry was returned, I could immediately see the attention given to every item. Everything was carefully separated, beautifully folded, and neatly packaged. My laundry was sparkling clean and had that wonderful, fresh, just-washed scent.
The staff are friendly, pleasant, and professional. One thing I especially appreciated—when I called, I spoke to an actual person! No robots and no endless menus. Oliver was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, explained the entire process, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident about using their service.

Paul is incredibly accommodating and the staff are so pleasant when placing orders. When I called to ask them to take us as an account, he was out of the country answering his phone. “This woman just saved my whole trip life. I called every cleaner in Stamford and no one had an in house seamstress. I dropped off my pants around 10 am and returned by 4:30 and she was just finishing up. She explained everything clearly as fabrics and proper handling of a garment makes a difference to cost/ labor but she also made suggestions on how to keep it budget friendly.
