Matt was very helpful. After I was turned away from other sunglasses retailers he was able to fix my sunglasses in less than 10 min. If you need your glasses repaired definitely come to this place!

spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful woman via the phone who refused to help me and tried to tell me it was illegal for her to provide me with my own medical information that she had on file. i was literally crying on the phone because i need new glasses and it is an emergency situation, i cannot even drive to work without them and this is going to really impact my life. she had no compassion, was very rude, and refused to help me, until i came for an eye exam, which i would have been happy to do, except they are not even open today. thankfully another location agreed to help me. stay away from this one!!

Today was my first time ever going into a LensCrafters. I had a wonderful experience there. I had my routine eye exam done there. All of the staff there were amazing. Again thank all for making my first time amazing. Also a big thank you to Karina for helping me choose my new frames.
