The product and company need work. My covers are only a few months old and they are coming apart at the seams. The covers on the seat cushions are constantly moving so I have to adjust them every couple of weeks. Also, the seat cushions don't stay in place so I have to adjust those at least once per day, typically multiple times.
In addition, their employees will tell you that you need something specific that in no way works the way they say it will and when you try to exchange it for something you can use, the company throws a fit. These products cost too much for them to be so high maintenance and temporary.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. I only bought it because it was the only modular furniture that fits in my space. Now I'm stuck with a high maintenance nightmare.

We received the charcoal corded velvet sactional covers as a recommended replacement for our gray covers (denim) that were recalled a few years ago. These corded velvet covers are relatively new and not holding up at all. They are grossly fading and wrinkling. They went from a nice dark gray to an elephant gray with white lines in the wrinkles. They look very old and terrible. They are poor quality and not what I would expect from lovesac. When we notified lovesac, they were unwilling to do anything about the poor quality of the covers and when we requested lovesac to investigate the issue, they only allow for one photo upload. We really just wanted to have them replaced maybe with something that will hold up since this issue is through no fault of ours and demonstrates a quality issue on the part of lovesac. They were unwilling to do anything and they seemed to not be concerned about our issue at all. We have 10 seats (5 storage) , 10 sides, two wedge seats, a movie sac and movie sac ottoman that are affected by this issue. It would be extremely costly for us to replace these covers at our expense when this is a quality issue. However that was the recommendation of lovesac. I will attempt to upload photos from a different computer as I am unable to upload from the device I am currently using

This company does not care about the customer. We recently received our $4000 order and we received the wrong color slip cover that we did not order. This was a mistake made at the showroom where we placed the order. After being on the phone with customer service and the showroom in Jacksonville FL all day yesterday, the best they could do for us was offer us a free blanket or a 5% discount to do an exchange. Are you joking?? They want us to remove the covers they sent us, box it back up, find a printer to print out the return label and when the new cover arrives, put those on. There are over 15 pieces of our Sactional. What a labor intensive task for the customer for an error on Lovesacs part and being told there’s literally little to nothing that can be done.

I strongly encourage customers to give their business elsewhere. We ordered a sectional and were told it would be shipped within 6-8 weeks. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The package needed to be signed for, so my partner stayed home to be able to receive it. It turns out that the package delivery was postponed because the covers were being shipped internationally. Lovesac directed FedEx to hold all units until all are processed through customs. All units = multiple orders from other customers, totaling 130 units. It is clear that Lovesac is delaying shipment until they have a bulk order to increase their profit, at the cost of customer service and satisfaction. Their furniture is expensive already so the idea that they are doing this to make even more money is completely acquisitive.

In a time where companies make big promises about caring about their customers, and provide big claims on warranty and quality of product. Lovesac delivers on that promise.. 13 years ago I purchased my first Lovesac couch pieces and after 13 years I had a few fail and so I reached out to their support team and in less then a week I had replacements on my door step with no hassle from them at all. Lovesac continues to keep my loyalty and I look forward to buying more product from them in the years to come.

Customer service nothing but lip service and that is if someone responds. Main piece to my sectional sitting at FedEx in New Jersey for 5 days now. Called salesperson and again nothing but lip service! Called Fed ex and they said they are looking into it! Nobody has an answer so I gave them an answer! Have my piece at my home tomorrow or get they other 13 pieces out of my house!

I ordered online and was charged 817.00. The next morning I tried to cancel. First I spoke to Allison and she said my order wasn’t in the system yet. I am an excellent judge of character and I didn’t believe her. I received a confirmation email the night before. It was in the system. For whatever reason she didn’t want to cancel it.I called back and spoke to a gentleman and as I suspected, my order was in the system. I called back the following day to see if my refund would be charged back to original form of payment. I spoke to Allison again. She said my order was not cancelled. I asked her to cancel it, again. She put me on hold forever and came back and said that she canceled it and called finance dept to make sure I was refunded.I never received canceled email so the next day I called back and Allison answered the phone only she claimed her name was now Jamie. I told her I knew it was Allison and she ignored me. She then said my refund would take six weeks. WHAT THE HECK? I canceled this order in about 12 hours. There is no way this should take six weeks to refund. I told her that. She could care less. I still never received an email stating she canceled my order.I told her this was ridiculous and that I was leaving a bad review. I then filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I would never purchase anything from this company. I feel that their business is shady. In every store I ever bought an item- and cancelled within 24 hours, I was given an immediate refund. I don’t trust”Allison”, “Allie”, or Jamie or whatever her name is. I also reached out on Twitter and email to the president of Love Sac. Or whatever his title is. His name is Shawn. I have a very bad feeling about this company. When I went on Better Business web-site they had so many complaints about warranties and refunds. In my opinion, stay away from this store.

Horrendous customer service. They charged me twice for a transaction and now I have been fighting for over two months for them to credit my account which they admitted was their error. Their management is not present and customer service does not exist in their culture. As a publicly traded company, you would think this would be a key focus for them. Perhaps the issue starts with the top which in my opinion should all be fired. I'm filing a formal compliant with the BBB as a well as a police report for theft since they sold money from me and have yet to return it back. STAY AWAY.

Great product, terrible company. For a premium (priced) product, customer service is nearly non-existent. You will most likely have better luck issuing a chargeback through your credit card company than trying to reach someone in customer service
