In a time where companies make big promises about caring about their customers, and provide big claims on warranty and quality of product. Lovesac delivers on that promise.. 13 years ago I purchased my first Lovesac couch pieces and after 13 years I had a few fail and so I reached out to their support team and in less then a week I had replacements on my door step with no hassle from them at all. Lovesac continues to keep my loyalty and I look forward to buying more product from them in the years to come.

How can you ship this to a customer then give them a run around send front covers and only half my order but you took my 7 grand completely unprofessional I will never recommend your company

Customer service nothing but lip service and that is if someone responds. Main piece to my sectional sitting at FedEx in New Jersey for 5 days now. Called salesperson and again nothing but lip service! Called Fed ex and they said they are looking into it! Nobody has an answer so I gave them an answer! Have my piece at my home tomorrow or get they other 13 pieces out of my house!

I ordered online and was charged 817.00. The next morning I tried to cancel. First I spoke to Allison and she said my order wasn’t in the system yet. I am an excellent judge of character and I didn’t believe her. I received a confirmation email the night before. It was in the system. For whatever reason she didn’t want to cancel it.I called back and spoke to a gentleman and as I suspected, my order was in the system. I called back the following day to see if my refund would be charged back to original form of payment. I spoke to Allison again. She said my order was not cancelled. I asked her to cancel it, again. She put me on hold forever and came back and said that she canceled it and called finance dept to make sure I was refunded.I never received canceled email so the next day I called back and Allison answered the phone only she claimed her name was now Jamie. I told her I knew it was Allison and she ignored me. She then said my refund would take six weeks. WHAT THE HECK? I canceled this order in about 12 hours. There is no way this should take six weeks to refund. I told her that. She could care less. I still never received an email stating she canceled my order.I told her this was ridiculous and that I was leaving a bad review. I then filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I would never purchase anything from this company. I feel that their business is shady. In every store I ever bought an item- and cancelled within 24 hours, I was given an immediate refund. I don’t trust”Allison”, “Allie”, or Jamie or whatever her name is. I also reached out on Twitter and email to the president of Love Sac. Or whatever his title is. His name is Shawn. I have a very bad feeling about this company. When I went on Better Business web-site they had so many complaints about warranties and refunds. In my opinion, stay away from this store.

These guys are crooks. They don’t honor their lifetime warranty and won’t replace my saggy cushions despite providing multiple images showing quality control issues.Do. Not. Buy.

Horrendous customer service. They charged me twice for a transaction and now I have been fighting for over two months for them to credit my account which they admitted was their error. Their management is not present and customer service does not exist in their culture. As a publicly traded company, you would think this would be a key focus for them. Perhaps the issue starts with the top which in my opinion should all be fired. I'm filing a formal compliant with the BBB as a well as a police report for theft since they sold money from me and have yet to return it back. STAY AWAY.

Great product, terrible company. For a premium (priced) product, customer service is nearly non-existent. You will most likely have better luck issuing a chargeback through your credit card company than trying to reach someone in customer service

Worst delivery and customer service experience for a premium brand I have ever head. Paid something like $3,000 for a sactional (same price as custom items at bassett and west elm), quick delivery but arrived missing a seat cover, one seat had the wrong fill, and the back pillows are not the right ones for the configuration I purchased. I now have a dysfunctional, silly looking two tone, wonky cushion, sofa. Honesty not a big deal, was for sure surprised but its the holidays, all that stuff. What was surprising was when you contact customer service, (1) response time is terrible, first touch 2 hours, second 2 days, third 2 more days, etc. (2) super informal, obviously not trained at all, only respond to 1 thing at a time, completely disregard half of your message (3) have zero authority to fix your problem, has to call logistics to verify which appears to be a black hole, almost felt as if I was being accused of lying. (4) it has been a week, no resolution in site, the biggest thing is a ~$100 seat cover that should have been overnighted immediately. The hours being spent tracking it down and leaving open support tickets that I'm sure are piling up is costing the company more money than just sending me the right things immediately in the first place. Very very poorly ran company.

I purchased $15,000 of furniture from Lovesac and then I had to finish THEIR manufacturing process for them. It showed up in so many boxes it took 2 hours just to move it off my porch and into my house for assembly. I spent 3 days putting it together but I paid premium prices for their furniture. This furniture is a TOTAL ripoff. It takes days to put it together and you can't enjoy it immediately. They don't offer to install it for you and their employees are rude and VERY unprofessional. Don't do it! There are a lot of better choices out there.

I wish i had never purchased a lovesac. After buying one in 2014, i have received never ending junk mail from them. Over several years, I have mailed, emailed, called, and filed consumer complaints with BBB FTC, etc. and yet i still receive junk mail from them.
