Daniel at the Stamford Mattress Firm was a wonderful salesperson. He was very interested in what I was looking for in a mattress and made suggestions but did not pressure me to make a quick sale. I went there yesterday to check out what was offered and returned today to make my purchase. The delivery will be tomorrow and I look forward to a positive sleeping experience.

So excited to get our new mattress! If you're planning on stopping by the store make sure you ask for Jorge. He was very knowledable, warm and took his time in helping us make the best decision for our needs. He didn't push us for a sale and genuinely listened. We walked out of the store feeling great about our purchase. Good vibes all around and we are very pleased with our experience thus far.

We bought a mattress from Mattress Firm at another location. The mattress delivery was delayed by a week and they told us with not even 12 hours notice. The original location offered absolutely no solution or apology for us so we went to the Stamford store hoping they could help us and they did! Jorge found us a similar mattress that was able to be delivered the next business day!
