“This is my first time using R.A. Caldwell. I called requesting a lift chair for my brother who had shoulder replacement surgery. This was his 2nd surgery, the first was his left. He was ok with a comfortable chair at home. He recently had right shoulder done and it wasn't until he was home for 2 days that the chair that was ok last surgery was not going to work this time. My friend recommended R.A. Caldwell
I called and Steve was so helpful - he told me due to the upcoming storm he might not be able to deliver for a few days but he would try to get something sooner. He called me back that afternoon and told me he arranged for a lift chair to be delivered the next day! The gentlemen that came to deliver were so helpful. Can't say enough about the customer service given!!! I will definitely be using again and will highly recommend them and Steve.
