Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent service with very helpful people in the store. Staff assist with eligibility, phone questions, and payment plans. Promotions are easy-to-acquire and do not require many questions. While home internet is not available at every location, the service is very good and appreciated. Customers find the team helpful during difficult situations, leading them to return for more news. The experience is marked by very good and helpful service.
